His father was Link Gray and his mother’s maiden was Louise Thayer. Agnes’ parents are from Scotland. Mrs. Louise Thayer and W. W. Clark are the witnesses.443

In 1917, as Frank L, he is 24 and living in Twisp, Washington, where he works (for himself) as a farmer. He was born September 12, 1892 in Pepper, Wisconsin. He has a wife and two children. He is medium height and build, gray eyes, and brown hair.444

In 1920, Frank and Agnes own their own farm, no mortgage, in Twisp. He is 28 and she is 22 and their children are Leroy S?D?, 6, Billie W, 4 1/12, and Gene A, 1 6/12. His parents were born in Ohio and Minnesota and hers in New York and Scotland. They run their own dairy farm.445

In 1930, they are still living in Twisp. They own their own place, worth about $3000, and have a radio. He is 38 and was married at 19, she is 32 and married at 15. George L is 15, William C is 14, and Orcelia J is 12. His parents were born in Wisconsin and Minnesota, and hers in Scotland. He works in the mining company.446
