In 1918, he was 37 and lived in Eastern Kittitas. He worked as a donkey engineer for Cabin Creek. Wife Mary Thayer is his contact. He is tall, medium build, with blue eyes and dark brown hair.


In 1920, he lived at Cabin Creek Lumber three miles west of Easton, where he worked as an engineer at a sawmill. He was 38, Mary was 29, naturalized, and said she arrived from Ireland in 1910. Ida M was 8, Burdett was 6, Catherine was 6, Daniel 5, and Arthur was almost 1 1/2.

In 1930, he rents a house for $27 in South Kittitas and works as a farm laborer. He is 48 and was 29 when he married. Mary is 39 and was 20 when they wed. She was born in Ireland, arrived in 1908 and is naturalized. Ida May is 19, Burdett C is 18, Kathleen is 17, Daniel is 15, Arthur is 11, John is 9, Charles is 8, Marie is 6, Margaret is 3, and George is 1 1/2. All the kids were born in Washington.
