As Antonio de Pasqua, 48, a farmer, arrived aboard the Kaiserin Maria Theresia in 1902. Passage was paid for by his son-in-law “Grazio Ligotti” at 183 Elizabeth. Traveled with his daughter Cristina, 20 (and listed as single), and Carmelo Zappardino, 25, a married farmer on his way to see his cousin Giuseppe “Ligotti” at the same address. Umberto Leonino, 23, is also on the ship, going to see his cousin Giuseppe Livoti.
In 1910, as Tony Di Pasquale, 53, lived at 232-234 Elizabeth Street with his wife Margarette, 47, son Dominic, 23, and daughter-in-law Candelora, 19. Tony and Margarette have been married 28 years with 3/3 children. Dominic and Candelora have been married about 10 months. The Di Pasquales arrived in 1903 and Candelora in 1907, and they have filed papers. Tony and Dominic work as fruit peddlers (on their own account), and Margarette and Candelora work as tailors in the clothing industry (at home).
