The person they were visiting/staying with is listed by Antonio and Grazia as Pasquale Lamanna of New York; no address and no relationship listed. Rosina says *cousin* Pasquale Lamanna of New York, still no address.

They were stamped “ADMITTED.”72

She was either 55 or 49 at time of emigration; there’s a 55 scribbled between her age and Antonio’s and it’s unclear if it’s a correction, or, if so, to whose age.

Between their arrival in 1911 and their move to New Jersey, her husband Antonio decided he didn’t like Manhattan and returned to Italy.73

Name written as Grace on 1920 census, when she was living in New Jersey with daughter Rose, Rose’s husband Pasquale Lamanna, and their children. Lists age as 66, meaning she was born in 1854.40

In 1930, listed age is 75, making birth year 1855.74 Name is Grazia Meo, married (as opposed to widowed), age at marriage 23. Living at 65 Paulison Avenue in Overpeck (?) Township with daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. Still an alien.74

In 1939, residence and place of death is at 13 E. Winant Ave in Ridgefield Park. Has lived there 15 years, and 29 years in the US. Death was reported by her daughter Rose.71

Attended by doctor from January 10 to May 14. Principal causes of death are senility; arteriosclerosis; chronic myocardial failure; and edema and failing circulation.71
