Misc. Notes
Antonio came over with wife Grazia and daughter Rosina? Rosinor? in 1911, arriving January 20. Place of birth, Messina; last place of residence, Genova. They put “nobody” in the column labeled “name and address of nearest relative or friend in country whence alien came.”
The person they were visiting/staying with is listed by Antonio and Grazia as Pasquale Lamanna of New York; no address and no relationship listed. Rosinor says *cousin* Pasquale Lamanna of New York, still no address.
They were stamped “ADMITTED.”
72He was either 58 or 55 at time of emigration; there’s a 55 scribbled between his age and Grazia’s and it’s unclear if it’s a correction, or, if so, to his or her age.
Returned to Italy, leaving wife and daughter behind.
